This dynamic program equips youth with the skills and knowledge needed to increase their personal power and become future-ready with essential 21st Century Skills. Through nine interactive sessions, participants explore key areas including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship-building, responsible decision-making, communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management. By the end of the program, youth are more confident in their ability to lead themselves and others, setting the stage for personal and academic success. The program culminates in Communicating with Confidence—a special event where youth engage in meaningful, youth-led conversations with community volunteers. This empowering experience allows participants to practice and showcase their communication skills while building positive connections with supportive adults.
